Design Obligations:
It is expressly agreed and understood that the Contractor shall be solely responsible
for all aspects of the design of the Vessels, whether or not such design has been
approved by the Company and/or its Consultant and/or the Class and whether or not
such design developed from drawings, plans, calculations or other data supplied by
the Company or its Consultant and/or any modifications requested by the Company.
