Provision of general engineering service for Halfaya oil field surface facility project phase 2&3.
The scope of work for the general engineering services is to perform the basic design, preparation of the technical document of the EPC ITB package, material requisition (MR) preparation of long lead equipment and materials, long lead equipment bidding evaluation and vendor’s drawings review and approval, cost estimation and technical bids evaluation of long lead equipment and materials procurement packages.
