Scope of Work
The Services by way of summary comprise:
1- Supply and installation of a new Intelligent Physical Layer Management System, which shall include all necessary hardware and software systems (hereinafter referred to as New IPLMS) to other network locations company wide and new upcoming facilities.
2- Integration of the New IPLMS utilizing Company’s existing communications network.
3- Testing and Commissioning of the New IPLMS.
4- On-Site technical training.
5 - Maintenance and on-Site Support of the New IPLMS during Contract Period inclusive of corrective and preventive maintenance, call out (service levels) remedial action, software upgrade and the like.
6- Provision of Contractor’s personnel during the various stages of the Contract to meet contractual obligations as further detailed in Clause No.4 herein.
7- The Contractor shall provide the Services as and when and on any location on Site as directed by the Company.
- The Contract Period is Sixty (60) months starting on the Date for Commencement.
