Scope of Work
The company (Refining Directorate) Refinery, located at Mesaieed, has an existing Honeywell Operator Training Simulator (OTS), which was installed during the Refinery Expansion project to facilitate training of personnel during and throughout the life cycle of the plant operation. QP Refinery intends to migrate the existing OTS due to discontinued software support and obsolescence of the system. The Trainer models installed for following units in the QP Refinery covers the following process units; Units: 11 41 44 45 46 47 61 63
Contractor shall carry out the Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Training, Testing and Documentation of OTS system migration. It is envisaged that the OTS upgrade will add value to the existing installation and provide some additional features with the latest software version and in turn will provide the flexibility and ease of usage and maintenance.
