Scope of Work
The Scope of Services of this tender is to carry out Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for replacement of deluge piping (dry) and fire water line valves at NF-A (PS-4) Platform including material selection study for the following:
To replace the existing deluge system (dry) carbon steel piping and deluge spray nozzles with a suitable material as per the material selection study to enhance the integrity, longevity and performance of the fire water system.
To provide new dry deluge piping with appropriate slope for self draining of sea water and flushing water.
To replace the existing butterfly isolation valves in the ring main and distribution lines, including the butterfly valves within the deluge skids, with new valves of better material and low leakage rate to have minimum maintenance during running of the plant.
To design and install a potable water flushing system to flush piping downstream of deluge valve and spray nozzles with potable water once the lines are deluged, which includes periodic testing.
To produce tender document for a subsequent EPIC contract including other matters necessary for the EPIC tender process up to and including the award of the EPIC contract.
