Scope of Work
The Services comprise of contractual, financial and commercial consultancy Services including all the necessary expertise, material and personnel including, but not limited to, support staff, tools, computer software, equipment and other miscellaneous associated items in order to provide the Services.
The Consultant shall provide support on any issue as directed by the Company, including but not necessarily limited to the development of new contracting models and specific Company tenders, support on project administration issues including Contractors’ claims and advice on up-to-date international oil industry practice.
One (1) Specialist Consultant shall be deployed in Kuwait on a Monthly Flat Rate on a full-time resident basis for the entire duration of this Contract, with additional Specialist Consultants providing ad-hoc Services on a Call-Off basis either at Company’s premises in Kuwait, at the Consultant’s own premises or from time-to-time at some other location as directed by the Company.
The Consultant may also be directed to provide to the Company with supplementary consultant personnel on an Hourly Rate basis for Call-off Consultancy Services and/or Monthly Flat Rate basis in Kuwait on a full-time resident basis as and when required.
