Scope of Work
Instant monitoring System consists of four items:
1.Wireless Transmitter's
2.Wireless camera
3.Mobile fire and gas detectors
4.Location identification system
Wireless Transmitter: This does not require any field wiring or power cabling and can communicate with a base unit by wireless. This can interface with DCS system through a base unit, which has the capacity to accommodate close to 42 transmitters through serial interface. Operates on battery and will be very useful in providing process parameters to operations for temporary monitoring purpose. Cost savings on field cabling or wiring and ease of installation. Wireless camera: The provision of these wireless cameras increases surveillance for the panel operator and helps in monitoring specific locations during increased personnel activity in a specific plant area. Location identification system As lot of contractor personnel and carrying out various projects inside the plant, this is required to closely monitor people and to avoid unauthorized movements in restricted locations and areas of the plant. This is required as the plant is huge and it is very difficult for individual area operators to monitor all the contractor movements Mobile fire and gas detectors the existing Gas detectors are fixed. These mobile Gas detectors can be positioned on strategic location during any minor gas leak for better monitoring purpose. As these units are mobile, these can be moved around different locations in the plant as per the requirement. Contract Duration 15 Months
