Provision of Slickline Services

Scope of Work
The Services comprise the supply of Slickline services, Christmas trees maintenance, chemicals handling, provision of manpower and associated services ions, including provision of all the necessary material, personnel, tools, equipment and other miscellaneous associated services. The Contractor shall:
- Provide Slickline mechanical services, namely: shifting and sliding sleeves, setting and pulling plugs, swabbing, fishing and down hole shut-in tools.
- Provide Slickline data acquisition Services, namely: memory pressure and temperature gauges, spinner, surface read out pressure and temperature, dead weight tester and sampling of both bottom hole and surface.
- Provide per the request of the Superintendent all the sizes and types of the downhole plugs for the well surveillance requirements.
- Christmas Trees Maintenance and Associated Chemicals Handling: Perform all necessary work to establish a comprehensive system for maintaining the wellhead integrity, inspect, maintain & repair all valves for all wells located at the Company’s operational areas, including all manuals, and check valves on wellheads and flow lines, provide a safe and operational integrity of wellheads valves & for the acquisition & accurate recording of related field data. Handling all of hydrocarbons materials such as crude oil, chemicals, gas, condensate and water by providing tankers, pumps, generator and air compressor.
- Provide certain category of manpower to exclusively work under the supervision of the Company personnel.
