Scope of Work
The work shall generally comprise of the EPIC of a single storey Umm Bab Security Building within Dukhan Fields including:
1. Provision of single storey Building of approximate size 19m x 22m.
2. Provision of asphalt access road, internal road and precast interlocking concrete paving block.
3. Provision of shaded car parking.
4. Provision of 1.8m high reinforced concrete boundary walls.
5. All required associated services / utilities including water supply, sanitary and sewerage system, electrical, street lighting, compound lighting, fire fighting / detection system, loss prevention, telecommunication, IT, CCTV, Access Control System and HVAC.
