Scope of Work
Consultancy Services for Debottlenecking of GC-17 at West Kuwait
1- The scope of Services shall comprise preparation of design packages, tender documents and providing support during bidding period for construction contract, construction management Services for the Debottlenecking of GC-17 at West Kuwait. The Services shall be performed for the following:
a) Debottlenecking of GC-17 by replacing existing production manifold, LP separators, Desalters and replacement/ installation of associated facilities.
b) Construction of tanks and associated facilities at GC-17.
2- The Services shall consist of the following stages:
Stage 1 of the Services of (hereinafter “Stage 1”):
The Consultant shall perform the Services in Stage 1 as follows:
a) Preparation of Design package 1 and tender package for Debottlenecking of GC-17.
b) Preparation of Design Package 2 and tender package for construction of tanks and other associated facilities at GC-17.
c) Carry out HSE studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, EIA and SIL related to the Services.
d) All documents and drawings in Stage 1 shall be submitted to the Company for approval.
Stage 2 of the Services (herein after “Stage 2”): The Consultant shall provide support during bidding period of the construction contract for Debottlenecking of GC-17.
Stage 3 of the Services (herein after “Stage 3”): The Consultant shall provide construction management support during construction of Debottlenecking of GC-17.
3- The Consultant shall remain confidential and shall not share or reproduce any of the design and/or cost estimate in part or full with any person or company whatsoever without written approval of the Company.
