Scope of Work
Provision of two cementing & pumping units listed below to support its onshore exploration drilling campaign in Murzuq NC115 and NC 186 Libya 2011-2013.
Provision of class (G) cement, chemicals, casing hardware (Float Shoe, Float Collar, Centralizers, etc…) and any materials associated to the services.
Provision of Technical Assistances at well site and REMSA office in Tripoli in the form of oral / written advice. Provision of 24 hours Cementing and pumping services at the well site
- Equipment Requirements:
Twin Triplex pump cementing unit equipped with re-circulating mixing system. Truck or Skid mounted.
The unit should be capable of mixing and pumping uniform cement slurries
Pressure rating 10,000 psi
Pumping rate per pump 9 BPM
Hydraulic Horse Power +/- 500 HHP
- Measuring Tank:
Min 20 bbl, two-compartment [10 bbl each] aluminum/reinforced steel tank with butterfly control valves mounted in the sump to direct fluid flow.
- Mixing System:
The re-circulating mixer equipped with min 8 bbl two-compartment mixing tub, hydraulically driven paddle agitator for slurry mixing, pump for recirculation and boosting, centrifugal pump for mixing water.
- Batch Mixer:
Skid Mounted, Min 50 Capacity, equipped agitator and centrifugal pump for circulating & transferring slurry. Mix and re-circulate cement slurry for the pumping unit.
- Discharge Iron:
Rotary hoses, straight pipe, flex joints and Lo-Torc plug valves of 2-in. 15,000 psi discharge line (100 -120 ft) enough for rig-up.
- Suction Hose:
Two 4-in. x 10 ft light duty suction hoses.
Two 4-in. x 10 ft Heavy duty suction hoses.
As needed for Rig up contractor equipment.
- Instruments:
Volume displacement counter or Rate meter.
Densitometer.
Visual Pressure gauges (Martin-Decker).
Martin-Decker pressure recorder.
