Scope of Work
Call-off contract for refractory repairs & replacement for three (3) calendar years at QP refinery, mesaieed. The objective of this contract is to utilize the Services of contractor on call-off basis for duration of three (3) calendar years starting from the effective date of the contract to undertake the procurement, repair and replacement of a variety of refractory materials used in various equipment at QP Refinery Mesaieed (e.g. The repairs/replacement of the refractory shall be carried out during the planned shutdown and/or during un-scheduled interruptions. contractor shall provide all resources, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, consumables and testing equipment and each and every items of expense necessary for the repair/replacement of variety of refractory materials. The services shall be performed on a Call-Off basis in accordance with the contract, as and when required by QP, for such services, QP shall issue to contractor release order (RO) in accordance with the procedures as ET in the Contract Document.
