Scope of Work
QP intends to improve its operational processes, environmental controls and safety regime at its existing NGL plants in Mesaieed by implementing additions/demolition and modifications as described hereinafter. This document outlines the requirements upon which contractor shall carry out the work that include procurement, material supply, installation / construction, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and demolition for implementation of the following civil and mechanical Plant Change Request (PCR) at QP's NGL plants and Tank farms in Mesaieed.
a. Refurbishment of existing oily water separator tanks, Demolition of existing soak away pits and Leaching fields and Construction of new Holding tanks
b. Demolition of temporary burn pit near NGL-1&2 flare area and Substation 3404.
c. Demolition of burn pit behind tank farm.
d. PCR- OEE/GP/11/383 Connection of Some RV's Down Stream Piping to Flare Header Near Q-chem Butane Metering Skid & In additional to Demolishing the Existing Burn Pit Lines (7Nos).
