Scope of Work
The maintenance works for the heaters shall include, but not limited to, the followings :
1.1 Make all preparatory works necessary for the execution of the works.
1.2 Replacement of heaters' coil.
1.3 Welding of heaters' coil.
1.4 Renewal of convection roof plates.
1.5 Renewal of radiant casing plates.
1.6 Replacement of convection flue gases collector section walls plates.
1.7 Renewal of refractory lining.
1.8 Welding, inspection and NDT.
1.9 Painting of heater, stack and steel structure.
1.10 Complete all associated works.
1.11 Handing over of the project.
