Scope of Work
5KV rating, ESP flat down hole power cable, desingned to operate under max 400oF 3-conductor, AWG#1, stranded (7-wire), tinned copper, insulation materials EPDM (0.09” nominal thickness) resistance tape, synthetic braid 3 conductors cabled around an elastomeric sealant, EPDM jacket material (0.06” nominal thickness). Cable armor must be interlocking fully galvanized (thickness of 0.025”). Cables must be on steel reels of 6500 ft & 5300 ft each, reel diameter must not exceed 85”, width 60” & hub no smaller than 4.5”.
