Scope of Work
Maintenance Services mainly covering the maintenance levels 1 to 4 of the field installations.
- Carrying out Maintenance Services (preventive and corrective maintenance activities) on site.
- Management of teams performing the Maintenance Services.
- Preparation and scheduling of activities (including major inspections of machines),
- Assisting external specialists involved in maintenance activities and putting the on-site material and human resources at the disposition of the external specialists
- Integrating logistical factors related to Maintenance & Production operations.
- Short-term planning within the limits imposed by available means and overall site planning
- Writing, updating and adapting maintenance & operating procedures
- Preparing, updating and optimising the preventive maintenance programmes
- Reviewing maintenance routines and propose modifications
- Taking part in coordination meetings and reporting, including the updating of CMMS, EDMS and of paper and electronic documents.
