Scope of Work
The upcoming development of the Joint Venture Downstream Industries (Petrochemical Plants) in RLC will require a large amount of telecom infrastructure to serve as the hook up hub for all Telecom services for the future downstream industries, including the emergency Telecom services with RLC Emergency Operations Center for the individual plants.

The objective of this SOS is to build common Telecom facilities for various downstream industries (Joint Ventures with QP) as part of QP synergy program in order to reduce capital requirements of the End-Users and QP's as well. Downstream industries are divided into 2 phases i.e. Phase-1 and Phase-2. Phase-1 is scheduled for 2016 and Phase-2 follows before 2020. The project includes Construction of two dedicated Telecom Buildings with equipment room space of 15 x 6 Mtrs adjacent to the proposed Electrical substations at plot W-8 & Plot W-10 to be shared by QP/RLC and Telecom Service providers of the country.
