Scope of Work
To build a no. 140 furnished bedrooms with a complete facilities such as recreation centre, restaurant, etc as a turn key project.
The work includes:
· Site survey of all the 82 concession area includes oil fields.
· Geotechnical investigation.
· Determination of the optimum location for the proposed accommodation in terms of accessibility taken into consideration the new developments @ 82 concession.
· Basic & Detailed Engineering.
· Procurement.
· Construction, testing phase (complete Civil, Mechanical & Electrical woks)
