Pre-Qualification of Onshore Drill Rig

Scope of Work
Provision of a Drill Rig for oil / gas and water injection wells for the period of two years, starting around June 2013.
Wells specification:
- Oil producers, Water injector wells
- Reservoir depth up to 15,000 ft MD; Temperature range up to 280 F.
- MEWHP < 5,000 psi
- Vertical / S-shape / horizontal deviated wells.
- C02: possible low concentrations
- H2S: possible low concentration

Contractor shall supply equipment built by API-accredited manufacturer, qualified personnel, quality consumables, and engineering services in accordance with the following minimum requirements:
Drill Rig:
- Rig max. drilling depth = 20.000 ft (with sufficient 5” and 3 ½’’ DP G-105/S-135 drillpipe DS-1 Cat 4 (vertical) or Cat 5 horizontal))
- Hook load capacity = 1,300,000 lbs
- Simultaneous setback cap. = 800.000 lbs
- Drawworks = 2000 HP
- Top drive = Fit for the above mentioned well design
- Mud pumps = 3 x triplex 1,600 HP each with 5,000 psi WP system
- Mud tank capacity = 1,200 bbl active, 1500 bbl reserve, 1000 bbl water storage
Well Control Equipment:
- 20 ¾’' (21 ¼’’ alternative) diverter system
- 20 ¾’’ double BOP stack
- 13 5/8’’ 10,000 psi WP BOP stack and BOP control equipment
- 10,000 psi WP choke manifold and lines
Personnel:
- All Key Personnel Drillers, Assistant Drillers, Toolpushers, and Superintendents) are English-speaking and to be certified with IWCF Supervisor level (for Toolpushers and Superintendents) and Drillers level (for Drillers and Assistant Drillers) and industry-standard Safety Training for the Rig Operations.
Camp:
- The mobile main camp equipped with accommodation, kitchen and dining facilities, clinic, recreational and Prayer room(s) for a minimum of 120 persons (consisting of Contractors personnel, Company’s staff and subcontractors). The camp must have sewage treatment plant and general waste collection system as per Contractor’s disposal plan.
- The rig site camp equipped with fully air-conditioned crew break room with hot and cold drinks, full equipped. (Dinning room) for hot and cold meals for people based on rig site and shift personal. meeting room, prayers room on rig site offices and sleeping accommodations for Contractor’s senior personnel, Company Drilling Supervisor, Assistant Drilling Supervisor, HSE and Geologist personnel
