Scope of Work
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) wishes to announce the 4th deep offshore bidding round to be launched in April 2011 during the AAPG Conference in Houston.
The round will include thirteen (13) blocks sitting between 1200m to 3500m of water depth.
The blocks for offer include new areas and blocks to be relinquished. The document for bid offer include;
1. The Model Production Sharing Agreement of 2008
2. The Petroleum (Exploration and Production) Act 1980
3. The Offshore Gas Terms
Data packages (to include 2D and 3D offshore seismic, wells, satellite imagery, gravity and magnetic) will be available at GX-Technology of Houston, USA.
