Invitation for New Angola Offshore International Bid Round

Angola has announced plans for an E&P bid round that will commence on December 13, 2005, and invites all petroleum companies, national and international, interested in being pre-qualified for these bidding rounds, to submit the information, including the list of all blocks they are applying for, in 45 days after the first day of the publication (October 18, 2005)
The round will include seven blocks:
Blocks 1, 5 and 6 (Shallow Water)
Relinquished areas of Blocks 15, 17, and 18 (Deep Water)
Block 26 (Deep Water)
