The requirements are to Upgrade the NGL 1 / 2 plants (including utilities & Storage) control systems from conventional, pneumatic based systems to a proven state-of-the-art microprocessor based control, and monitoring system, together with replace of field instrument to Foundation Fieldbus (FF) technology and install new ESD, F&G, MCM, CCTV, Truck Weighing system, BMS, PA/GA and Telecom Systems. The upgrade shall include construction of new Central Control Building (CCB) and relocating sheds, refurbishing the existing Central Control Room (CCR). Turbo machinery shall be revamped to include new ventilation system, air intake filters, dry seal systems and new fire fighting system. The electrical distribution system shall be replaced with intelligent Motor Control Centers (MCC), replacement of medium voltage CB, new transformers, Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG), Power Factor Correction system, Power distribution management system, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System.
