Scope of Work:
To carry out the following works for various accomodations in Dukhan Township with Contrcat Duration of 3 years: 1) Pre-Occupancy maintenance, refurbishment/renovation of bathrooms and kitchens, replacement of flooring, ceiling, doors and windows (112 houses)
2) External decoration and upgrade work for twenty (28) nos. occupied 3 bedroom senior staff bungalows
3) Replacement of roof sheet/tiles and provision of insulation
4) Provision of additional guest toilet and servant quarter (28 nos)
5) Replacement of sunshades to accommodations (56 houses)
