ESP Design, Selection and Supply for Upper Shale Member - South Rumaila Oil Field.
1-# 25 ESP Produced (Oil+Gas) Rate (1000) Stb/D including:
Motor, down hole monitor (complete system) w/all surface accessories, motor guide, seal section, gas separator and intake, pump, discharge, power cable w/motor lead extention, junction box, step down transformer, switch board, running and pulling materials, cable splice materials, cable bands, cable protector, esp oil.
2-Spare Parts:
# 25 seal section, # 25 motor lead extension, # 3 gas separator, # 5 down hole gauge, # 5 spare parts for surface unit of downhole monitor including all parts (itimized list is required), # 4 spare parts for switch board (itemized list is required), # 5 transformer (step down), # 400 motor oil, 6000 cable bands type ss 22”, # 5 motor (complete unit), # 3 pump (complete unit) (one or two section depends on system configuration), # 10 mechanical and maintenance running material (itemized list required), #2 power cable, # 2 switch board comblet unit.
3- # 35 ESP Produced (Oil+Gas+Water) Diatto Specifications of Item (01) but for Water Cut=20% Rate 1500 Stb/D.
4- Spare Parts:
# 35 seal section, # 35 motor lead extension, # 10 gas separator and intake, # 15 down hole monitor, # 15 spare parts for surface unit of downhole monitor (itimized list is required), # 15 spare parts for switch board (itemized list is required), # 10 transformer (step down), # 800 motor oil, # 25000 cable bands, # 15 motor (complete unit), # 15 pump (complete unit) (one or two section depends on system configuration), # 20 mechanical and maintenance running material (itemized list required), # 8 power cable, # 10 switchboard copmlete unit.
5- # 5 electrical measurment devices (megger+fluke multimeter with divider (1:10)+phase rotation+clamp meter+ phase sequense + meter oscilloscope 100mhz), # 7 running and pulling tools item for (01 and 03) (itemized list required), # 3 spooler unit with all accessories, # 5 air tensioner 120 psi.
6-ESP training course (field services and engineering application for twelve persons, engineers and technicians) should be as attached ( details program)
