Scope of Work:
Bids are invited for supply of High Sulphur Fuel Oil (HSFO) for the quantities and period mentioned below on C&F basis at FOTCO (Port Qasim), Karachi.
Firm : HSFO has a quanity of 9 x 65,000 MT, supplying for the period Apr 09 - May 09.
Optional : HSFO has a quanity of 2 x 65,000 MT, supplying for the period Apr 09 - May 09.
The procedure for submission of bids is as under.
i.The Bid documents for Fuel Oil shall be issued during working days ( Monday-Friday) within working hours between 3:00 pm to 05:00 pm from Ground Floor PSO House up to Monday; 09-03-2009.
ii. Bids of Fuel Oil should remain valid till Thursday, 12-03-2009 (2100 hours PST).
iii. For any queries / clarification please contact Manager Product Imports or GM (Supply & Logistics) on the address given above.
iv. Bids should conform to the requirements of the Bid documents. Conditional Bids will not be accepted. Pakistan State Oil Company Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
