Scope of Work:
The SoW includes: Project Management, Endorsement of AOO’s Basic Engineering, Detail and Construction Engineering, Procurement and Construction/Installation works at site of
- 100.000 stbopd Gas Oil Separation Plant, complete with: two separation trains of 50000 stbopd each, Surge and Stock tanks, Oil Shipping Facilities, Fiscal Metering Facilities, HP and LP flaring systems, Fire Detection and Fire-fighting systems, Control Systems, control/workshop building, electrical substation and interconnections with Pipelines, overhead transmission lines and fiber optic networks.
- Produced Water Treatment Plant.
- Gas compression and Export facilities.

Prequalification Requirements:
All respondents shall fully comply with the regulations of the authority bodies of the G.S.P.L.A.J. and must be fully registered and authorized to work in Libya for the whole Scope of Work.
Only those respondents able to demonstrate and document previous experience of similar works, resources availability, financial capability and readiness to undertake the works will be qualified. Respondents will be requested:
- To prove relevant experience for similar Scope under similar environment within the last 5 years.
- To provide audited finance reports.
- To detail their current status and plans for Libyan Content Development.
