Scope of Work:
TPOC Libyan Branch has decided to open a tender for “Casing Floating Equipment Supply, Casing-Tubing Running and Handling Services” for 2 (two) firm and 5 (five) optional oil exploration wells will be drilled in Area 147/3-4 in Murzuq. The Administrative terms and conditions as well as the technical specifications regarding the Tender will be submitted in "Invitation to Tender" (ITT) and "Casing Floating Equipment Supply, Casing-Tubing Running and Handling Services Draft Contract" of this tender.
Contractors must be registered and must operate in GSPLAJ. Bidders must be pre-qualified before receiving "Administrative Bidding Documents".
Any Company who is interested in this Tender should send all the necessary documents concerning registration in Libya, Company Profile and Experience in drilling rig operations for oil exploration wells in Libya, Financial Status and Organization chart, CV of key personnel and address of Company’s main office in Libya.
