Scope of Work:
TPOC Libyan Branch has decided to open a tender for “Personnel Transport Services” for 2 (two) firm and 5 (five) optional oil exploration wells in Murzuq, Arae 147/3-4. The job includes two way personnel transportation and its organization from Tripoli to Sabha by airplane and Sabha to Murzuq by minimum 2008 model 4X4 Toyota Land Cruisers. It is also required hotel accommodation and accommodation organization in Sabha if needed during the travelling from both directions. The Administrative terms and conditions as well as the technical specifications regarding the Tender will be submitted in "Invitation to Tender" (ITT) and "Personnel Transport Services Draft Contract" of this tender.
Contractors must be registered and must operate in GSPLAJ. Bidders must be pre-qualified before receiving "Administrative Bidding Documents".
Any Company who is interested in this Tender should send all the necessary documents concerning registration in Libya, Company Profile and Experience in personnel transportation and transportation organization in the desert with minimum 2008 model 4X4 Toyota Land Cruisers modified for desert conditions and full HSE requirements and also travel organization combined with airplane to the oil exploration wells in Libya, Reference Letter of ongoing and completed jobs, Financial Status and Organization Chart, CV of key personnel and address of Company’s main office in Libya, the list of available cars and trucks with specifications, etc.
