Scope of Work:
Supply, install and commission of a compressor to be used as a booster to raise the pressure of raw feed gas to Ethylene plant in case the pressure decreased below the required.
Compressor specifications:
Capacity : 75 Ton / hr
Operation suction pressure: (20-26) bar (gauge)
Operation discharge pressure: (31) bar (gauge)
Inlet temperature: 25-40°C
Outlet temperature: 35-40°C (after cooler)
The compressor must be equipped with inlet and outlet isolation motorized valves, by-pass control valve, minimum flow controlled anti surge, suction drum with level control and sight glass, cooler for discharge gas lube oil and seal oil system if required, all protection system for compressor (vibration and thermal system), all instruments required for system Starter panel and 750 m length cable suitable for motor.
Compressor unit is to be furnished complete with compressor, driver (electric motor), gear if required, coupling, vibration monitoring, base plate, lubrication system with all necessary auxiliary equipments and pipings, commissioning and overhaul recommended spare parts, spare completed compressor rotor with (major & minor) repair kit for compressor and driver.
