Scope of Work:
The development of studies on environmental impact of various pipeline. Document Required:
- The bank guarantee equal to:
Lot No. 1 (150DT000), Lot No. 2 (350DT000), Lot No. 3 (150DT000), Lot No. 4 (150DT000).
- A declaration that the tenderer is not in a state of suspension of payments or bankruptcy or receivership in accordance with the regulations. The bidder who is in a state of amicable recovery must submit a declaration to that effect.
- A certificate of affiliation to the CNSS (certified copy).
- A certificate of tax applicable on the date for receipt of tenders original or certified copy.
- A sworn statement with confirmation of the bidder not making and its commitment not to do by himself or through intermediaries promises of gifts or presents, to influence the different procedures conclusion of the market and stages of implementation.
And any other document required by the tender dossier.
The period during which the bidders will remain bound by their tenders is 3 months from the day after the deadline for receipt of offers.
