Scope of Work:
SOCAR invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following works, services and software:
- the software required to build, populate and operate the SOCAR corporate bank of Geological and Oilfield data (which will also serve as a National Databank).
- installation and integration of the software.
- training for SOCAR staff.
- loading of the pilot dataset and on-the-job training.
- mintenance and support for the software.
