Mellitah Gas Invites Companies for the Renewal of Abu Attifel Oil Field PA System Reference: BID7438 3/9/2009, Location: Africa Category: Security Control Equipment
Scope of Work:
The main objective of this scope of work is to define all the technical specifications and system requirements, and thereafter prepare and issue a related scope of work for the renewal process of the obsolete existing PA system (to be thereafter tendered) according to the following:
1- A site-survey visit to the Abu-Attifel oil field is to be carried out to gather the required information regarding the existing PA system prior to submitting any offers.
2- To replace the existing outdated PA units installed at the following locations in (A/100) field due to their malfunction:
- Power Station.
- Water Injection Plant.
- NGL plant.
3- The renewal process to be undertaken should never affect by any means the functionality of the existing PA system due to the high importance of its use.
Qualification Requirements:
Interested companies for the above tender must satisfy the stipulated requirements and submit the required information below. Failure to submit any of the under listed documents will render automatic disqualification:
1- Letter on Company's letterhead Addressed to the "Materials Division Manager" stating expression of interest on the respective tender.
2- Copy of Company Registration in Libya, if already registered, or details of Branch Office, Representative or Agent in Libya.
3- Company Profile with full details of similar contracts performed with relevant and verifiable Reference List of Clients where the works had been undertaken Literature/catalogue of the entire range of work /service/equipment and any additional information that will enhance the potential of the applicant /consortium.
4- Submission of Financial Status document of the Company turnover for the last 5 years and the Organization Chart.
5- Two copies of the Prequalification Documents containing the above stated requirements shall be submitted in envelopes and marked:
Request for Pre-qualification for Tender NO. 522
Addressed to the "Materials Division Manager" to the above address.
6- The prequalification documents shall be submitted not later than 29/03/2009.
7- Eni Oil has the right to exclude any file dose not meet the above stipulated requirements.
