Scope of Work:
Supply of control valves for degassing station at Zubiar field consists of:
1- #10 Complete diaphragm actuated level control valve with valve positioner and mating flanges:
Valve size: 6 inch; Tag. no.: LCV-5204; Body rating: ANSI 300; End connection: RF; Body material: A 216 WCB; Trim material: SCS 14 Aomlly; Valve action: reverse action (air to open); Fluid: crude oil; Max flow rate: 359 m3/h; Max diff. press.: 48.7 kg/cm2; CV: should be not less than 120; Flange to flange distance: 473 mm with 3-Way solenoid valve 24 VDC, NO & NC limit switch.
2- # 5 Complete diaphragm actuated level control valve with valve positioner and mating flanges:
Valve size: 4 inch; Tag. no.: LCV-5104; Body rating: ANSI 300; End connection: RF; Body material: A 216 WCB; Trim material: SUS 440 C; Valve action: reverse action (air to open); Fluid: crude oil; Max flow rate: 83.3 m3/h; Max diff. press.: 48.7 kg/cm2; CV: should be not less than 99; Flange to flange distance: 368 mm with 3-Way solenoid valve 24 VDC, NO & NC limit switch.
