Scope of Work:
Supply of following items:
1. # 30 Complete gate valve with electric actuator for water treatment.
Specifications of the gate valve:
Size: DN1200 mm (48 inch), PN: 2.5 KG/cm2, Length (face to face): 700 mm (Russian standard), Flange ends.
Materials:
Bolted bonnet non-rising stem. Body & Bonnet. Cast Iron, Trime: stainless steel.
Specification of electric actuator:
Valve with gear operator complete with electric actuator motor of the following description: 380 V, 3 ph, 50 Hz, IP greater than or equal to 54, Amb. Temp. greater than or equal to 40° C, Duty greater than or equal to 15 min, Actuator must have position protection (limit switch), torque switch protection, position indicator.
2. # 30 Complete (Tow flange, Stude bolt, Gasket) for item 1 with necessary fitting for pipe installation and spare parts for valves and actuator for one year operation and (3) set of spare part catalogue.
Specification of water treatment:
Gate valve wedge materials to be resistance for the following water specification: PH: 7-8, Total Dissolved solid (TDS): 2000-4000 PPM, Chlorin: 5 PPM.
Origin must be: Russia, Germany, Japan.
