Supply of 30 Complete Gate Valves with Electric Motor Actuator for Water Treatment.
Specification of the gate valve:
Valve and flange according to Russian standard, Type: wedge gate valve, Size: DN 1000 MM (40 Inch), PN: 2.5 KG/CM2 (Class 150), Face to face dimention: 550 MM, Bolted bonnet: rising stem, Flanged end according to the following dimension, Out side diameter R.F:1080MM, Thickness of flang: 35 MM, Hole diameter: 30 MM, NO. of hole: 28, Hole circule diameter: 1120 MM.
Accessories for each valve complete with tow slip on flange to be suitable for pipe out side diameter 1016 MM, bolt, gasket.
Materials:
Body: cast iron, Bonnet: Cast iron, Stem: stain less steel, Seat / Faces: Aluminium Bronze.
Specification of water treatment:
Wedge gate valve material to be resistance for the following water specification: PH: 7-8, Total Dissolved Solid (T.D.S): 2000-4000 PPM, Chlorine: 5 PPM.
Specification of electrical actuator:
The valve to be gear operator complete with electric actuator of the following specification: Voltage: 3 PH, 380 V, 50 HZ, IP: greater than or equal to 54, AMB.Temp.: Greater than or equal to +45°C, Duty: Greater than or equal to 15 Minute, Electric Actuator H-B-06T2, Torque 630, Velocity of rotation 48 RPM, Output shaft revolution number from 36 t0 200, Spanta: TA greater than -10°C and less than +50°C.
Actuator must have: Position protection (limit switch), Torque switch protection, Position indicator, Open to close period Less than or equal to 5 Minute.
