Scope of Work:
Supply of # 30 Complete Gate Valves with Electric Motor Actuator for Water Treatment.
Specification of the gate valve:
Valve and flange according to Russian standard, Type: wedge gate valve, Size: DY 600 MM (24 Inch), PY:10 (Class 125), Face to face dimention: 800 MM, Bolted bonnet: rising stem, Flanged end according to the following dimension, Out side diameter of R.F: 790 MM, In side diameter: 600 MM, Thickness of flang: 28 MM, Hole diameter: 30 MM, Hole circule diameter: 720 MM.
The valve provide with two flange & gasket stud bolts.
Materials:
Body: cast iron, Bonnet: cast iron, Stem: stain less steel, Seat / Faces: Aluminium Bronze.
Specification of water treatment:
Wedge gate valve material to be resistance for the following water specification: PH: 7-8, Total Dissolved Solid (T.D.S): 2000-4000 PPM, Chlorine: 5 PPM.
Specification of electrical actuator:
The valve to be gear operator commete with electric actuator of the following specification:
Voltage: 3 PH, 380 V, 50 HZ, IP: greater than or equal to 54, AMB.TEMP. (AT): greater than or equal to +45°C, Duty: Greater than or equal to 15 Minute, Electric drive type B, Torque 80, Velocity of rotation 50 RPM, Regulation limit from 35 to 200.
Actuator must have: Position protection (limit switch), Torque switch protection, Position indicator, Open to close period Less than or equal to 5 Minute.
Origin must be: UK, USA, Spain, France, Italy, Japan or Germany.
