Scope of Work:
Contractor shall maintain and carry out services of civil, electrical and minor air condition related scopes of QP's property in Doha including all structures, fittings, fixtures, parts, water, electrical, air condition and sanitary system, equipment and installations and additions as determined by QP. The services include and not limited to repair, replacement of defective parts, alterations, excavations, paintings, finishing, modifications/refurbishments of various QP buildings/facilities and accommodations in non-industrial area.
