Scope of Work:
Complete ultrafilteration water treatment unit for water injection services capable of producing clarified and treated water with 2 Micron particles size max. at continuous total flow rate of 750 m3/hr based on three lines 250 m3/hr for each with flexibility to produce treated water at a rate 250, 500 and 750 m3/hr.
The proposed unit shall be designed to take raw water from existing pipeline then treat, deliver and inject it to oil wells, also ultrafilteration water treatment unit should be supplied with suitable laboratory that is necessary for examinations.
The scope of supply shall cover the design, detailed engineering drawing, procurement of equipment and material, delivery of the packages CIF Um Qasar and commissioning of the treatment unit.
The unit required shall be packaged prefabricated and complete skid mounted and shall consist of the following as minimum:
1. Water intake
2. Ultrafilteration system
3. Vacuum deoxygenating plant
4. Final polishing filters
5. UF BW recovery system
6. Instrument and control
7. Electrical system
8. Lab. Utilities
