Interested Contractors with proven capabilities and experience in providing the above services may contact Bapco Contracts Department at the Refinery on Telephone: 17755693, 17752995 or 17757054 from Sunday 22nd March, 2009 to Thursday 2nd April, 2009 between 08.00 am and 02.00 pm to obtain the appropriate tender documents after depositing the non-refundable tender fees in Bapco’s bank account.
An Initial Bond of 4000 BD should be enclosed or 1% of the bid value, whichever is lesser, payable by a Manager cheque, letter of guarantee or insurance policy issued by Local Agencies or Cash. The bond shall remain valid throughout the tender period specified in the relevant tender documents.
