Supply of Complete Wireless System

Scope of Work:
North Refineries Company requires a complete wireless system request according to the following descriptions:
- Subscribers not less than 3000 can be extended to 5000.
- 20 links with other networks e.g. (normal exchange & mobile networks).
- Handoff control.
- CDMA Transceivers.
- Short message service (SMS).
- Good coverage in a circle of radius 25 Km.
- Operation & Maintenance Equipment (OME) e.g. (computers for monitoring the system), fault detector display, card tester, etc.
- The system should be provided with Internet service.
- Grounding system (very low joint ground resistance).
- Main power supply of the system 220 V AC input, with backup supply (rectifier and batteries) to run the system for 8 hours minimally in case of emergency.
- Working DC voltage range ± 5V.
- Power distribution frame (PDF).
- Working freq. that will be used should not get an interference with other networks in the region.
- Towers (quantity and height) to ensure the coverage in item 6 above, supported with lightening arrester and obi light system.
- Alarm system unit that contains sensors for temp., humidity and fire (smoke).
- Installation and commissioning should be included in the offer.
- All documents and software of all the system should be supplied (3 sets).
- Spare parts to maintenance the system for 2 years should be less than 10% of the contract price according to user need from a priced list included in the technical offer.
- FAT accepted for 5 persons.
- Tools and instruments for maintenance should be supplied.
- 1000 handset telephones and 2000 (fixed) terminal telephones.
- One year warrantee after handover of the system.
- Certificate of origin approved by chamber of trade of the country and approved by Iraqi embassy in the country of origin.
- ISO certificate.
- Number detection, calling transfer, and other new facilities.
