Scope of Work:
Supply of # 20 Complete Positive Displacement Pumps (Horizontal Twin Screw Type) with Motor and Base Plant:
Scope of supply for each pump:
- Horizontal twin screw rotary pump according to (API 676) last edition.
- Pump should be internal liner.
- Oil lubricated anti-friction bearing.
- Flanged pump drains.
- Single mechanical seal according to (API 682).
- Pump should be furnished with flexibox meta-stream coupling.
- Non-sparking coupling guard.
- Shaft end coupling fits should be according to (API 671).
- Electric motor power should be (20%) more than the rated power of the pump.
- Common base plate for pump and electric motor.
- Base plate should be fabricated steel.
- Material should be according to (API 676) and material class (SI).
- Spare parts for two years should be required.
Origen:
Pump manufacturer should be of (USA-West European-Japan). The goods should be manufactred by the mother company.
Electric motors:
Electric motors should be explosion proof induction type as following specification:
