Scope of Work:
To reach the required capacity the contractor should rehabilitate and extend the existing unit by adding special items, as listed below:
1. Install Disk oil equipments to separate the oily materials which, coming to the unit, have the following specifications: 50 m3/h capacity, 4 bar pressure.
2. Install (CPI) to separate oily materials from waste water with 180 m3/h capacity.
3. Construct and build slope oil tank for separated oily materials with 636 m3 capacity.
4. Install additional pump (160-P-01C) with the following specification: 180 m3/h capacity, 2 bar pressure, 18.5 kW engine.
Materials and Required Items:
# 1 CPI unit, # 2 Slope oil tank, # 1 Disk oil, # 10 Ejector, Pipes and Flanges, Storage tank for oil, Complete pump with base plate & coupling & electrical motors, Control system, Fire protection requirements.
