Scope of Work:
ExxonMobil Libya Limited intends to pre-qualify contractors offering 2D Seismic Data Acquisition and onboard Processing Services. This qualification process is in preparation for a request to provide competitive proposals for the provision of a potential 2D seismic survey offshore Libya during Q4 2009.
Basic Qualifications
- Contractor can provide proof of registration in the country of operations.
- Contractor is registered to do business in Libya or has a Libyan registered partner.
- Contractor can provide audited financial statements for the past 3 years.
- Contractor specialises in, and can demonstrate expertise and previous international experience in 2D Seismic Survey Acquisition and onboard processing.
- Source strength is > 120 Bar-meters.
- 8 km Digital 24 bit streamer and sufficient spares (solid streamer preferred).
- Primary and secondary dGPS positioning systems.
- Contractor has sufficient computing hardware, software and staff to implement a relatively complex seismic processing flow to generate both Post-stack & Kirchhoff Pre-stack Time Migrated stacks onboard and deliver processed data within a week of acquisition of a given line.
- Contractor can provide Company wide safety, health and environment performance statistics for each of the last 3 years.
