Petro-Canada Oil (North Africa) GmbH hereby announces an Invitation to Tender for A Water Well and Conductor Hole Drilling contract in support of Petro-Canada’s exploration campaign at the Sirte Basin in Libya. (49 Estimated Wells)
1- Drill and complete Two (2) water wells for each planned exploration well.
2- All Works and Services necessary for the drilling of a 24” hole and installation of 18-5/8” conductor pipe at the Company’s WELL-SITE location.
