Scope of Work:
Drilling and hand-over of (45) vertical wells (30 producer, 15 injection) on turnkey rate basis in South Rumaila field - Upper Shale reservoir (T.D - 3370 meter) be complete by open end tubing.
Duration:
Completion of work should be within (25) months.
Duration of contract is (31) month starting from date of opening of L/C.

6. Bits
7. Core Head & Core Barrel
8. Mud Materials
Equipments:
1. Drilling Rig: Electrical, SCR / OR AC-AC system hoisting capacity not less than 250 Tons.
- Drilling string and handling tools in details.
- Fishing tools in details.
- BHA (stabilizers, junk subs, reamers, cross-over subs & down hole motors, shock absorber.... etc.).
- Mud system with capacity of 350 m3 active and reserve.
2. Instrumentation: include (but not limited) pump pressure, torque meter, stroke counter, penetration rate, WOB, string weight record-graph ...etc.
3. Solid Separation Equipments:
- Double deck shale shaker-liner motion, desilter, desander, mud cleaner, clay ejector and degasser to cover drilling fluid program.
- Mud lab. full equipped with all devices and chemicals required for mud testing according to API standard.
- BOPs for all holes, chock manifolds, kill & chock lines, driller remote chock burning line and all safety regulation system.
- Core barrel C/W ACC. (6 3/4 " x 4"x 18m).
4. Cement Pumping Units: Cement silos, cement trucks, compressors, surge tanks, mixing tank (equipped with agitators & motors) and all accessories required for cementing operations and treating down hole problems and other remedial jobs according to API specifications and good oil field practices.

- Open & cased hole logging services, equipment, trucks & acc.
- Fire extinguishers & other fire fighting equipment.
- H2S gas detections equipment & masks
- Communication facilities for rig sites and camp and offices (SOC & contractor).
