Scope of Work:
South Oil Company requires two electrical vertical pumps in Zubair degassing station.
The crude oil will be pumped from flow tanks to (Zubair1 station) at 1 km distance through 24" conveyer line.
One complete motor panel controller including all options (with auto-running facilities). Interconnecting pipes at least 50 m, fitting, valves, strainers, power & control cables, and all accessories as requirements.

- # 2 Set out door use local control panel, stainless steel enclosure, IP 55 suitable to use at zone 2 classified area and have the following features:
Local / remote-switch, Signal lamp power on, Signal lamp common alarm, Ammeter with selector switch, Operation counter, Push buttons for open /close motor operate, Signal lamps for open / close motor operated gate valves, emergency push button.
- # 2 Set complete instrumention packages should be included within the material of supply. The instruments should include and not limited to:
1- All local instruments including protection sensor and gauges.
2- Local control and operating panel for each pump separately.
3- Common control remote panel with minic to be installed inside the control room to control and operate each pump individually.
4- All required control cables to be connected between local site equipments and remote control panel inside the control room not less than 350 mtr.
- # 2 Cabling system:
All cables requirments (mv, lv) to be included taking in to considration the distance between the electrical source and pump area is 350 mtr.
- # 2 set two years recommended spare parts from items (1.2 & 1.3), an itemized & priced in commercial offer.
Origin and manufacturing shall be from (West European, USA, Japan).
