Scope of Work:
Supply of # 2 horizontal centrifugal main pump assay C/W electric motor including local starter and control panel; suction & discharge (M.O.V) valves, instrument gauges and all accessories on skid as the following Pump specifications:
Capacity: 350 m3/h.

Suction pressure: 7 kg/cm2

Control system:
The pump should be provide with complete control and protection system as below:
1- Two transmitters with receivers for suction and discharge lines.
2- Two pressure switches & gauges for suction and discharge lines.
3- RTD's with receivers for pump casing and bearings and for electrical motor winding and bearings.
4- Vibration system (monitor and pickups).
5- Control panel to operated locally and remote.
7- Seal leakage to detection system.
Recommended spare parts (mechanical and electrical) for two years operation must be included.
Four sets of maintenance and spare parts catalogue must be included.
Training for three engineers from (S.O.C.) and wittiness for three engineers at the performance test on the supplier account (for all cost) must be included.
