Scope of Work:
The skimmer should be able to handle a variety of oil, spills type ranging from diesel to crude oil spill and emulsions, minimum recovery capacity 50 m3/hr, recovery efficiency not less, than 98% oil to water, skimmer body and fasteners should be made of aluminum, skimmer recovery should be fresh water, each skimmer should be equipped with variable purpose heads which contain mainly.
- Brush type skimmer head.
- Disc type skimmer head.
- Drum type skimmer head.
Each skimmer should be fully equipped with flowing:
- Diesel operated hydraulic pump of adequate power to run the skimmer along with high-pressure piping and fittings.
- Two (2) oil in floating type oil recovered storage tanks 50 m3 each along with all fitting and hoses.
- Hydraulic operated pump to run and empty the recovered oil to the tanks along with the pipes, hoses, fitting.
- Two years spare parts and maintenance tools with all necessary documents.
- Training for two weeks of three SOC persons, traveling accommodation, transportation training and all the relative costs.
