Scope of Work:
1- Supply of # 2 set crude oil field manifolds skid mounted for receiving crude oil from ten (10) oil field wells.
2- Supply of # 3 set crude oil field manifolds skid mounted for receiving crude oil from eight (8) oil field wells.
Complete with the following piping and accessories.
The manifold consists of three headers for production, testing and relief with:
1- drain of sizes (12’’ SCH 80 x 2, 10’’ SCH 80, 4’’ SCH 120) for item (1).
2- drain of sizes (12’’ SCH 80 x 2, 10’’ SCH 80, 4’’ SCH 120) for item (2).
The production header and test header to be flanged ends to ANSI B16.5, one end to be fitted with check valve and ball valve gear operated and the other end to be with blind flange.

Each header shall have cross overhead connections; class 900 fitted with suitable ball valve flanged ends to ANSI B16.5 for each overhead connection.

Each header shall be fitted with the followings:
Pressure relief valve class 900 size 3/4’’ x 1’’.
Pressure gauge through needle valve (0-2500 PSI)
Temp. Gauge (0-120)°c
Sampling point with valves

Each cross over header to be connected to the oil flow line inlet pipe through suitable isolating, ball valve.

Each flow line entry shall be blinded at one end and fitted with followings at the other end:
Insulating joint flange type to ansi b16.5 class 900
Isolating ball valve type (F.B.) flanged ends to ANSI B16.5 RTJ class 900
Check valve flanged end to ANSI B16.5 RTJ class 900
Flanged end spool pipe fitted with:
Pressure gauge through needle valve, dia. 160 mm, dial type.
Temp. Gauge (0-120)°c, dia. 160 mm, dial type.
Sampling point through 1’’ valve and 3/4’’ valve
Corrosion coupon
Pressure relief valve.
Sweep line flanged ends to ANSI B16.5 RTJ from the verhead cross connection to the skid level completely fabricated which connect the branch of header to the inlet flow lines shall be sized 8’’ dia.

Technical design:
Medium: wet crude oil & gas
Design pr.: 2000 PSI
Hydrostatic pr.: 2250 PSI for 24 hrs.
Corrosion allowance: 3 mm

The manifold shall be complete with skid & coating.
