Scope of Work:
Drilling and completion of 30 wells on turn key basis as following:
1- 15 wells in Halfaya and Amara fields.
2- 15 wells in Abu Ghirab and Fauqi fields.
1- Drilling, completion and hand-over of fifteen vertical wells / producer in (Amara, Halfaya) oil fields:
a. Halfaya oil field:
Drilling & completion of (4) four vertical wells (producer), (Sadi & Mishrif) reservoirs.
Drilling & completion of (6) six vertical wells (producer), (Sadi & Nahr Umer) reservoirs.
b. Amara oil field:
Drilling & completion of (4) four vertical wells (producer), (Khasib & Nahr-Umer) reservoirs.
Drilling & completion of (1) one vertical well (producer), (Khasib & Mishrif) reservoirs.
Duration:
Completion of work should be within (18) months, starting (60) days after the date of opening clean & acceptable L/C in favor of contractor.
Duration of contract is (24) month starting from date of opening of L/C.
2- Drilling, completion and handover of fifteen vertical wells / producer in (Abu Ghirab & Fauqi) oil fields:
a. Abu Ghirab oil field:
Drilling & completion of (7) seven vertical wells (producer), (Asmari & Mauddud) reservoir as follows:
Drilling (5) five wells to Asmari formation.
Drilling (2) two wells to Mauddud formation.
b. Fauqi oil field:
Drilling & completion of (8) eight vertical wells (producer), (Asmari & Mishrif) reservoir as follows:
Drilling (4) four wells to Asmari formation.
Drilling (4) four wells to Mishrif formation.
Duration:
Completion of work should be within (24) months, starting (60) days after the date of opening clean & acceptable L/C in favor of contractor.
Duration of contract is (30) month starting from date of opening of L/C.
Materials:
1- Well head & X-mass tree.
2- Casing & liner hunger.
3- Casing accessories.
4- Tubing.
5- Completion equipment.
6- Cement & cement additives.
7- Bits.
8- Mud materials.
Equipments:
1- Drilling rig.
2- Solid separation equipments.
3- Mud lab. full equipped with all devices and chemicals required for mud testing according to API standard required in details.
4- Bops, chock manifolds, kill & chock lines, driller remote chock-burning line and all safety regulation system - details required.
5- Offices for MOC rig supervisors - good sanitary standard, furniture, computers & software for drilling operations, cementing & mud control.
6- Three cars for MOC rig supervisors.
7- Cement pumping units.
8- Open & cased) hole logging services, equipment, trucks & ACC.
9- Fire extinguishers & other fire fighting equipment.
10- H2S gas detections equipment & masks.
11- Communication facilities for rig sites and camp and offices (MOC & contractor).
12- Security for camps, rigs & contractor personal.
